100 Years

Gavin and I met my family at their church for their 100th year of existence. I have a bunch of pictures of the kids playing in the moon bounce. I just had to share because they just look SOOOOO happy!!!

Block Party

One of the neighborhood kids turned 11 and she shut down our street for a karaoke block party. It was an absolute blast. There was 30 kids and 15 parents packed in the cul-de-sac for good food and singing. Bill is really struggling with the whole Cowboys thing so he thought he would give them a little support by running around in their helmet. It obviously didn't help. The girls were singing Justin Beiber all night but finally the boys got up there and sang Don't stop Believing by Journey. It was awesome. They did so good and we couldn't believe that they actually got up and preformed.
Roy normally doesn't get out of his comfort zone but he got up there and sang the whole thing. He did great!!
Roy and his boys!!
Finally Bill and Scott(our neighbor) had a few bud lights in them and decided to try out Piano Man!!! It was hilarious. You can barely hear Bill. I think he did that on purpose.
It was the best 11 year old birthday party I have ever been to. I will try to load the video of Roy and Bill. Never tried video on here before.

You be the Judge

I have been wanting to get my teeth whitened for some time now. The before and after.....
Don't think these pictures allow you to tell. I haven't been able to tell yet but I changed 7 shades according to the dentist.

Where have I been????

So sorry for the long delay. I just wasn't feeling writing about my life but I am back and I will do my best to keep you up to date on our family activities. Roy started the 5th grade this year. He has gone the first two weeks without a folder mark. YAY!!! He is an afternoon patrol and seems to enjoy his new teacher. He has a little trouble at night getting his homework done but we are trying to show the importance of it. He ultimately gets it down but he gives us a little fight. Gavin started his Pre-K program to get him ready for Kindergarten next year. He is just as cute as a button. Roy is playing soccer and basketball. I just signed Gavin up yesterday for his first Tball team. He really likes to hit that baseball so I am hoping he will enjoy playing sports on a team. Bill and I are doing well. Gates is providing a way for us. We are just trying to be involved with the kiddos which makes us super busy. We have really taking a liking to golf and try to play all the time. It is a fun activity that we both enjoy. I think I am border lined obsessed with it at the moment. I got two new golf outfits for my birthday, yes, they are skirts. I LOVE THEM. I have taken no pictures since we got back from our trip to Atlanta so I will have to start doing so.
