So Mom and I teamed up to put on a spectacular baby shower for my good friend Amy. Mom is so perfect for the job and she helped me out with everything. She knows exactly how to host a beautiful event. She made the cutest baby diaper cake. She made amazing cup cakes. The chicken salad sandwiches were to die for and the punch was delicious! We made the house look awesome and put on a great gathering. THANKS MOM!!!
The happy couple showed up and the we began eating. Everyone raved about the food.
I decided to try something out and invite the guys too. You are probably thinking that I am crazy, right? Well we wanted Brad to be apart of it so I thought not a problem.... serve good food and they will come! And it worked. The men stuck together and talked about golf.
They got lots of goodies for the baby boy. I heard from Amy and she said the nursery is ready to go. So it sounds like we are just waiting for January 17th to come!! YEA!! We are so excited to meet the little guy.
I couldn't believe it. We got home from Corpus and checked the mail and Amy had already sent out her thank you notes. Man I got a lot to live up to. You Go Girl!!
