Disney- Day 1

Well I thought the day would never get here but sure enough time didn't stop and the time for us to catch our flight came. We had the whole neighborhood outside. I am not sure if they were happy for us to go or ready for us to leave. But we loaded up and headed to the airport.
Roy and Rocco decided to be seat partners.

KK did pretty good and then began to get a little fussy. That is when I passed him off to Daddy and the next time I turned around I found him out like a light.
He woke up just in time to tell the plane occupants that he saw land and we were getting close.
We somehow got to out hotel room. We stayed at the Port Orleans Riverside. It was such a pretty landscape but thought we needed to take another bus just to get to out room. Once we found our room, KK found a little hiding spot.

We decided to start the trip off with a bang and scheduled a character dinner that night. We thought he had plenty of time and somehow lost track of time and headed out a little late. We had no idea how the shuttles worked but were sure it was easy and could figure it out. We had only 20 minutes to get there. We boarded the shuttle and mom started a conversation with the lady next to her. Boy are we glad for that lady. She basically gave us the 411 on Disney and told us we had better RUN or we will never make it. She showed us a boat when we go to MK and said that is the one. All 12 of us begin running. Oh and the lady ran us there too. Love her!!

We made it just in time... well like 6:05pm but the party had just begun. Mickey and Minnie were out first stop.
Bill and the kids were dancing near the stage when they began to call out birthdays. Bill stood there and clapped for each kid's name that was read. So the cowboy noticed him and decided since Jillian and Gavin's "dad" was so into the show then his kids needed to come up on stage. Jillian was ready and willing but Gavin took some major talking to but finally he joined Jillian.
Can you tell Jillian is loving life and Gavin is a little worried!!!
The the western themed music began and even KK joined in the fun.
And Bill did the chicken dance.
I was so ready for my bed. As we were leaving, we thought we should take our first group picture which was just the beginning.
When we got back to the room the Disney fairy had somehow found our room and brought some much needed products for the hot days to come.
I would say day one was a complete chaotic success. But I just don't think we could have it any other way. Especially since Ash and I decided on three kids each. WOW!!!
